KNDS Deutschland Tracks GmbH is a world leader in the development and manufacture of track systems and running gear components for tanks and armored vehicles. Currently, over 100 different track solutions are in use in more than 50 armed forces worldwide. All tracked vehicles in service with the German Army run on KNDS tracks.

A track system is only as strong as its weakest link. It is only through the perfect interplay of track links, road wheels, support rollers, idler wheels, damper rings and sprockets from one supplier that longevity and reliability can be guaranteed even in the most demanding environment.

Whether for the 3 t light Weapons Carrier Wiesel with 64 kW or the 70 t heavy main battle tank LEOPARD 2 with more than 1100 kW, KNDS Steel System and Lightweight Tracks as well as Rubber Band Tracks enable the optimum transfer of engine performance to the ground for unrivalled efficiency and mobility.

With over 40 variants currently in service, this is KNDS Tracks most widespread track solution for vehicles between 3 and 70 metric tons including the LEOPARD 2, T72, M 109 and C1 Ariete, providing excellent manoeuverability and optimal traction even in difficult terrain such as deep sand, mud, ice and snow.

As the only track manufacturer worldwide that develops and produces all key rubber and steel track components in-house, KNDS Tracks delivers products capable of fulfilling the demands of every fleet in any terrain with unrivalled durability, easy maintenance and long-term cost efficiency. Furthermore, by working in close coordination with clients and users, KNDS Tracks is able to develop customised solutions for any tracked vehicle and bring them into service in the shortest possible timescale.
